The Process

How does it work? How will outsourcing my shredding affect the way my office operates? How difficult will it be for my staff to adapt to the new system? For these question & questions like these we have a compiled a simple 1-2-3-4 system, so that you may see how simple and helpful this service is.

We drop off secure bins.

Whether it's a single cabinet or 100, our professional staff will install these cabinets in your office, we will work with you to determine the ideal location for the cabinets.

See a list of our Bins and cabinets.

You fill the bin

From pick up to pick up, all you have to do is fill the easy to use bins. You & your staff will know to simply discard the documents into the secure locked bins, a stack of 100 papers can easily be discarded at once and it only takes one second.

We shred the documents.

On the pre-determined date we will arrive with our state-of-the-art truck and shred all your documents onsite in our truck right before your eyes. A typical stop takes about 15 minutes from when the truck parks until it leaves your facility..

We issue a Certificate of Destruction

At the end of every shredding job the customer receives a certificate of destruction, a piece of paper that outlines the time date and how many documents were destroyed, this piece of paper is proof that you comply with the laws to destroy vital information.

At the end of the day the truck arrives at a recycling facility, where it unloads the shredded paper onto a conveyor belt, where it makes its way to the baler. The shredded paper is then baled weighed and loaded onto trucks ready to be shipped to paper mills around the country. Once at the paper mill, the big baled blocks are then recycled and turned into new paper and other paper products, ready to start its new life.

Why should you care if your documents are being destroyed by a reputable company off site ?

1. The company might claim to be reputable and they genuinely are, what makes you say all of their employees are?

2. Can’t  the company be a victim of theft? 1000’s of vehicles are stolen every single day in the unites states, imagine if one of the vehicles had your confidential documents in it.

3. Next. G-d forbid there is an accident on the freeway, a conventional truck will have your confidential papers all over the expressway, an onsite destroyer flips and…. It will be snowing confetti.

4. Off site companies are NOT cheaper than onsite. Think about it, off site companies have just as much over head as onsite companies do, maybe even more because of the man power it requires.
